541-lot planned unit development on one of the most complex sites in our portfolio — extreme topography, floodplain constraints, and limited access. We master planned the project, rezoned from rural to PUD, secured CLOMR approval, designed a major stream crossing and culvert, and delivered full civil plans with value engineering throughout. Extensive coordination with the City of Opelika on every front.
